I have nothing but good things to say about this place. Lisa and her team push me to do better every time I come in and although it may be uncomfortable, pushing past the discomfort is a sign of progress and that I'm capable of doing more than I thought I could otherwise. Great admin staff, great facility and above all, just great people.

It’s great because it’s free. But, the showers in the men’s locker room need a lot of attention.
