  Great space with fantastic ambiance. Jessica is an encouraging, knowledgeable instructor. She truly cares about people and their health journeys. She has modifications for every exercise so that everyone can benefit from the class. The entire experience is just a "Wow"!

  If you are looking for something different from The Edge Fitness or Planet fitness because you get lost in those fitness communities, you have to try The Ice House. I have enjoyed every class I have taken and Jess will even reach out to you if you go MIA for a bit which made the world of difference to me! Everyone is very kind and welcoming! You won't regret trying The Ice House!

  The owner and instructors truly care about the health and well-being of their patrons. All individuals who involve themselves in the classes and activities available may enter as a stranger, but will leave feeling like family. The classes are great and accommodating to every level (beginner - expert). Very affordable and lifestyle supportive (in person & online) opportunities to improve your life and overall well-being.
