He’s very professional, personable and very knowledgeable! He’s not one of those trainers who make you hate the gym and he doesn’t push you too far where you don’t want to return! We have a great time in class and he makes you want to come back to help you change yourself to become a healthier person! Don’t get me wrong he does work you out but it’s tolerable and you will want to keep going back for more! So if you’re looking for a trainer to help you change your life to become more fit and healthy Jake is the person to see at 5150, so go sign up now!!! Thank you Jake for everything so far!

Jake brings people together and the environment is so fun, doesn’t make exercising/lifting feel like a daunting task. There’s a handful of people with experience and knowledge always willing to boost those around them. All in all a great place to grow!
