(April 27, 2021, 10:45 am)The location is very accessible- right off the highway. Love the classes! The yoga classes are scheduled perfectly to work around the average person’s work schedule; zoom or in person. Ashley is super friendly and makes her classes so much fun!!

The studio is easy to get to right off 95! Or she offers zoom classes!
Love the classes a great mix of yoga!

She offers a great mix of days with a focus on flow and relaxation and ones where we turn it up a bit and really work our core and bodies. Just really enjoy the pace and vibes of most classes. She is also great at incorporating feedback that you provide into the group and ensuring that you get what you want out of classes you attend.
