The coaches are supportive and know just how to scale any movement to your level. Being here makes fitness fun. Give Branford CrossFit a try, you won’t regret it!!!

(October 22, 2021, 12:54 pm)Excellent programming! Spacious. I love the ability to workout indoor or in the outdoor space that is safe from traffic on the outdoor rig. They offer kids classes, CrossFit classes, Running Club, Nation Barbell Club, private training and a wonderful smoothie/bowl bar. Easy access on and off I-95.

The coaches are knowledgeable, motivating, and accommodating. The members are welcoming and encouraging. This gym has built more than just a place to workout over the years, but a supportive community that makes working out fun.
