  Amazing gym with fantastic coaching. Dave and Lauren have truly built something special. Very welcoming and supportive to beginners. It will be hard, but not overwhelming. Everything is scaled and well thought out. Once you get stronger and more skilled, they will continue to challenge you and help you grow.

  Out of all the CrossFit gyms I've been to around the country, this one is my favorite. Dave and the other coaches are so friendly and encouraging, and they know their stuff. The workouts are challenging but scalable, and everyone in community is always welcoming. Can't recommend this box enough!!

  I’ve done 6 classes so far. The coaches there are extremely professional and helpful! I look forward to the classes because they are fun and the members are very welcoming as well. I would 100% suggest you joining!

  Been at this gym almost 3 years and really enjoy it. I was pretty hesitant to join a CrossFit gym but decided to give it a try and definitely don’t regret it. The atmosphere is great, the staff/owners promote a non-competitive, atmosphere while pushing you to succeed and the other gym members are very friendly. They don’t focus just on building muscle or losing weight, they help you set goals and attain them whether it has to do with flexibility, strength, endurance, or just regular attendance at the gym. The price is worth it, and they have multiple price levels for people who can only attend 3 days per week or less.
  
  The class times can be limiting but they have lots of options in the early and later parts of the day when most people are off work. They also have different classes so you can tailor your workouts to your goals. I would highly recommend this gym for anyone curious about CrossFit or looking to get back in shape, or if you’re getting bored of your old workouts like I was. Reach out and set up a time to visit.
