Coach Matt will cater every workout to your specific needs. I’ve been going for 5 months, and I can feel noticeable changes. Stop thinking about it. Just go!

(March 25, 2022, 7:35 am)The north shore is lucky to have this gym in the neighborhood! Vinny, Charlie, and Amanda are all great coaches, very friendly and knowledgeable. I strongly recommend this gym. They offer much more than a standard gym. My fitness goals are becoming a reality thanks to them!

(September 6, 2021, 10:41 am)Came to this gym while caring for my parents in the area. Totally impressed by it! The workouts were varied and tough with appropriate scales for anyone who needed. What really stood out was they way they made use of the time. From the warm up to the extra accessory work at the end, I was working and pushing myself for the full hour. The coach-Matt was kind and helpful and the people were friendly and supportive. Great place! Highly recommend!

(January 21, 2021, 10:40 am)I started my journey of getting healthy 5 yrs ago and only went to a personal trainer to help me in my quest. July of 2019 I found rocky point fit body boot camp, I was hesitant cause I don’t like classes nor working out in front of others. But I have found a home here, the instructors are wonderful, caring individuals. They work with you and modify your workouts if you are truly unable to perform. They are motivators to the truest extent of the word. The owner Sean is very knowledgeable and very personable. I am extremely comfortable coming here and enjoying the workouts that are chosen each day!
