  The owner Celeste is compassionate and very knowledgeable regarding yoga alignment to prevent injuries and promote healing from within. Highly recommend to new and experienced yogis.

  Rising to daily challenges, during a pandemic, requires flexibility, following life's lead. Where there is a crying baby, a cramp, or a polar vortex. No matter the storm, there can be peace inside.

  Celeste is a wonderful yoga teacher! Encouraging, uplifting, knowledgable and wise. Definitely recommend.

  I signed up for this class during the pandemic via Zoom. I have problems with my hips – it is genetic. By the end of the day, my hips usually lock up and I have difficulty standing up, let alone walking. After three sessions, I noticed that my hips were no longer locking up. I feel stronger in my core. Celeste is a fantastic instructor. She is attentive to your special concerns but does not make you feel awkward during the session. I would wholeheartedly recommend True North Yoga. MH

  Celeste, the owner,. really cares about people's individuality. She is great at modifications while keeping the pace up for others. You'll feel the difference after one or two sessions. I love going.
