(March 4, 2022, 2:33 pm)Excellent staff and beautiful studio. This location is by far the cleanest and friendliest of the locations out East on Long Island. The coaches are all wonderful but Coach Tiana has a special way about her that makes you want to max out your workout. She is always pushing you to be your best and sees the potential in all of her clients. A special thank you to her for all she does to make each class feel personal. I wish this new location lots of success, it is a much needed resource for the community.

(March 4, 2022, 10:47 am)Great workouts and high energy! The classes are different every time, so you never get bored. All you have to do is show up and get moving. The hour flies by, and I can’t wait to see my progress in 3 months, 6 months, or a year from now. You don’t have to be a gym rat to join. The coaches are very friendly, demonstrate the exercises, and are happy to answer questions. I highly recommend. I’m having a great time!

(March 2, 2022, 10:03 am)I have had a wonderful experience so far. I’ve been to one other studio and despite being new it was run the same exact way. The staff are all very knowledgeable and so friendly and nice. They are supportive and very helpful during all aspects of the workouts. I highly recommend anyone to try it out.
