(January 22, 2022, 10:10 am)GroHaus is the perfect studio to begin or continue and strengthen your practice. Ann, the owner is the best and truly cares for all of her clients. All of the instructors are amazing and offer something different. Great workout mixed with breath work and guided meditation in a beautiful studio. Not your typical run of the mill studio. Can’t say enough good things about this place!

(February 10, 2021, 11:51 am)As someone who works out frequently, I came to Grohaus hoping for improved flexibility; Andrea’s attention to detail in planning sessions has significantly benefitted me in this area. Additionally, Grohaus provides a supportive environment that has allowed me to improve my yoga practice at my own pace, and with no judgments.
It bears mentioning that their commitment to the health of their customers (students spacing, etc.) is much better than I have personally experienced with other yoga practitioners over the course of the COVID pandemic. -
