The studio is clean, the instructors are amazing, every class is different, and I always feel great after each class! Bet, the owner, is awesome and has created quite the little gem here in Canton. If you are looking for a great exercise routine I highly recommend Pulse Barre!

The owner, Bet, creates new playlists and workout sequences for every class. She has a fantastic sense of humor, great energy and supports students of all fitness levels. I highly recommend this studio. Come check it out!

(April 16, 2022, 1:18 pm)The assortment of exercise classes and times is fantastic. My personal favorite is Barre with Bet in the mornings. The fitness class is fun and keeps moving so it is easy to get lost in the moment and forget you are working out. I take classes in person and on zoom. The links are always sent on time and the quality of video and sound is very good. I have been a client since the studio opened, and have taken classes with Bet and Susan for years. It keeps getting better!

Great instructors, challenging workouts with modifications offered for all levels, supportive and welcoming community, and many different options for class times which include barre, yogalates, and yoga. I’ve been lucky enough to take classes with the instructors at this studio for a few years now and they are all exceptional!
