(April 30, 2023, 8:32 am)Jazzercise in Canton is amazing. It changed my life. I never enjoyed exercising before I found this studio. I have been a member now for over ten years and I exercise 5-7 days a week because I love the classes so much. The instructors are fabulous and fun. This is a group of very friendly people who love exercising to a wide variety of music. I love that the instructors face us and engage with us during our workouts. Along with leading each routine, they give us helpful hints to make each of our moves more effective. I have made a wonderful group of friends at this studio that I see outside of class. If you want to fall in love with exercising, and make it an enjoyable part of your life, give Empower Fitness/Jazzercise a try!!

(April 28, 2023, 2:53 pm)Empower Fitness is a fabulous facility! The owner is fantastic and ALL the instructors are amazing as well as supportive, welcoming, encouraging etc. Anyone of any age and fitness level would “fit in”. I should know, I’ve been working out with these ladies for 30+ years!!!

(March 31, 2023, 7:44 pm)I had been looking for a gym for a few months, but nothing was meeting my needs, and the pressure to join was a real turn off. I went to this gym about a year ago and knew that I had found the place where I belonged. Everyone was so welcoming, the instructors offer modifications for those of us who need an easier workout, and there was no pressure what-so-ever to join. By the time I left that first class I had made new friends and love my workouts. They offer a variety of classes, so there's always something fun and challenging to do.

(January 6, 2023, 7:03 pm)Can't do better than the full body workout at Empower Fitness in Canton, CT. Exercise to great music with outstanding, caring, and fun instructors. I have tried other exercise facilities, but I always end up giving them up and returning to Empower Fitness incorporating aerobic workouts, strength training, yoga, barre, and stretching.
