  Fit Bar 111 is the place to go if you need to stay motivated while having fun working out. Guided boot camp style workouts are well thought out and effective. Owner is knowledgeable and the place is very non-threatening! So many great equipment options to keep it interesting. Nice and clean, too- and so cute inside.

  FitBar is a great workout space! Nicole is an awesome, motivating trainer. The equipment is great and the workouts are different each time which I like. The movements are low impact and challenging — I would highly recommend this gym!

  I've never committed to a gym or even a fitness routine until I tried Fit Bar 111. The first class was free to try. I'd never done a bootcamp style class - I was nervous and wasn't sure what to expect. As soon as I walked in, Nicole helped put me at ease with her welcoming smile and motivational attitude. The gym is immaculate, organized, and has a great mix of equipment. The timing clock and workout schedule are up on screens to help keep everyone on track. Nicole explains and demonstrates everything and is available and engaged with everyone throughout the workout. She is motivating, positive, and meets everyone at their individual level with modifications and feedback. Nicole makes sure that everyone gets the maximum benefit during their workout. And she plays great music! It is a high energy, intense, and fun environment. I leave Fit Barr 111 after each workout feeling better not only physically, but with increased confidence and in a better mood! I highly recommend giving Fit Barr 111 a try!!

  Fit Bar 111 has inspired me to believe in fitness again! Nicole is motivational, patient, knowledgeable, and passionate. I loved Fit Bar’s boot camp from the first class I attended, and look forward to going to my next class each week. The classes are challenging, fun, and never the same workout mashup. I would 100% recommend to a friend!

  Fit Bar 111 is immaculately clean and very welcoming. The workouts are fast but Nicole makes sure everyone knows what to do and gives modifications for people who may need them. The high intensity interval training style keeps you moving and makes everything seem achievable— I can do most anything for 40 seconds!! Nicole is inspiring and motivating and understands the journey of getting fit. Workouts change every day and the music is great too! First class is free so try it! You won’t regret it. I was nervous to try but I’m so glad I did!
