  Collinsville Pilates is the only place to go in the Farmington Valley if you are interested in taking classical Pilates! Mary is a terrific instructor, patient with those new to the practice as well as those who have had experience elsewhere.The studio setting is beautiful. I have been with her for 3 years and my body and my bones have never been better.
  Not one to rest on her laurels, Mary continues to improve her practice by seeing her mentor several times during the week. I consider myself very fortunate to have found her and to be able to learn this challenging disciple with her.

  Finding Mary and her beautifully appointed Pilates studio on a Canton hilltop 4 years ago was truly one of the best things that happened to me. Two hours weekly working one on one with mary has given me a new appreciation and awareness of my body. I walk “taller” and feel stronger and move more safely than before I knew her.
  A constant student of Pilates herself, she constantly discovers ways to communicate most effectively to me. Her reverence for the discipline is reflected in all she does.

  Mary Osmolski has an inate talent for teaching classical Pilates! She is intuitive and her knowledge of the body is applied and skillfull. I always walk out of a session with full mobility feeling so much better than when I walked in. Her studio and equipment are exceptional. Mary is friendly, flexible and generous with her time and knowledge.
