(July 27, 2023, 9:48 am)Stayed at Phoenicia Lodge for the 1st time in July. I really enjoyed my stay. The bed sheets, pillows and bed were extremely comfortable. I have never slept in soft sheets in any hotel as I did at the Lodge. The ladies were friendly and their morning baked goods were delicious. I am planning a trip back in the fall and will definitely be staying at Phoenicia.

(July 2, 2023, 9:22 pm)The staff is so kind and helpful! I took my fiancé up here for her birthday and it was a blast! The fire pit is highly recommended by me as it was the perfect end to the perfect weekend. The playhouse (theater) was preforming “the Addams Family” and it exceeded our expectations far and away. We went on a mushroom tour with the catskill fungi club which was also an amazing experience. John and everyone there were the perfect first time fungi hosts and we will be returning. I couldn’t say one bad thing about the lodge. It’s right in the middle of rented cabin and hotel resort that any type of visitor could appreciate the small town vibes.

(May 1, 2023, 7:26 pm)Jennifer and Maureen are lovely and gave us so many great recommendations. The lodge is a short drive to hiking, snacking, and shopping. Fresh baked breakfast every morning. Highly recommend.

(July 5, 2022, 7:10 pm)Phoenicia Lodge was the last stop on our June 2022 ivacation, and it was a perfect ending for our trip. The cabins are vintage, but quite well appointed and very comfortable. In the middle of the cabins is an area with amazingly tall pine trees and a wonderful campfire pit. Perhaps best of all is the warm hospitality of Maureen and Jennifer and their help in exploring the Catskills. A wonderful place to stay, and a great spot from which to tour this lovely part of New York.

(May 5, 2022, 5:01 pm)Our extended family rented cabins 1, 2, and 3 for five nights in late April/early May to attend a wedding in the area. We could not have asked for a more perfect location, space, surroundings, and hosts for our first visit to the Catskills. Jen and Maureen were so warm and welcoming every morning at breakfast and every night when we stopped by for a movie or fresh baked cookie. Our cabins were super clean and the gas stoves kept us cozy on the cold nights. We loved having our own kitchen and had several family picnics and cookouts in the open space outside our cabins. Honestly, everything was just perfect. The cutest cabins we could imagine in a beautiful mountain setting close to many local restaurants and amazing hikes. We hope to return again soon!
