  Jill and Mike Kohler from Net Equity Realty are patent, caring, and put their all into finding us the perfect home! Everything that they asked for came with an explanation for why it was needed. We are first time home buyers. This means we knew basically nothing when starting this process! They took the time to answer our questions and calm our nerves at every turn. My personal favorite parts were the “tutoring” sessions we had with Jill in the house! She went over every single piece of paper work to make sure we understood what we were looking at and getting into. I’d highly recommend Net Equity Realty to anyone who asked!   Jill and Mike helped my husband and I purchase our first house. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They always got back to us right away with any questions or concerns we had and we always heard from them frequently. They made the whole process quick and easy!   Jill was absolutely amazing in her efforts to find a home for my family and I. Especially due to our landlord selling his property and giving us such short notice.   Jill was very knowledgeable and helpful during my first home buying. She answered any questions or concerns I had. Jill and MIke were able to walk me through all of the steps to be able to obtain my mortgage. They were very knowledgeable and helpful throughout the process.
