  Jill and Mike Kohler from Net Equity Realty are patent, caring, and put their all into finding us the perfect home! Everything that they asked for came with an explanation for why it was needed. We are first time home buyers. This means we knew basically nothing when starting this process! They took the time to answer our questions and calm our nerves at every turn. My personal favorite parts were the “tutoring” sessions we had with Jill in the house! She went over every single piece of paper work to make sure we understood what we were looking at and getting into. I’d highly recommend Net Equity Realty to anyone who asked! They are trustworthy and incredible!

  Jill and Mike helped my husband and I purchase our first house. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They always got back to us right away with any questions or concerns we had and we always heard from them frequently. They made the whole process quick and easy! I would love to work with them again in the future and I would recommend them for sure!

  Jill was very accommodating and helpful to us as the sellers. This shows her dedication to the buyers and helping them through their first-time home purchase. Jill went above and beyond in tasks which normally would be our responsibility. It was a pleasure working with Jill. We would definitely utilize their services in the future if the need arose.

  Jill and Mike are incredibly awesome at what they do. We were selling our house and buying a house, if it wasn’t for their amazing work and dedication, we would have gone insane. They put in so much time and effort to make sure we were always happy and made sure we understood everything that was going on. With them by our sides through this whole process definitely made it way less stressful.

  Jill and Mike were absolutely amazing. Jill was very responsive and answered all my questions. She was extremely available pretty much day or night to answer any random question that popped into my head. Jill and Mike made sure to get us a showing scheduled for every home we wanted to see in a very quick and timely fashion!
