  Jill and Mike Kohler from Net Equity Realty are patent, caring, and put their all into finding us the perfect home! Everything that they asked for came with an explanation for why it was needed. We are first time home buyers. This means we knew basically nothing when starting this process! They took the time to answer our questions and calm our nerves at every turn. My personal favorite parts were the “tutoring” sessions we had with Jill in the house! She went over every single piece of paper work to make sure we understood what we were looking at and getting into. I’d highly recommend Net Equity Realty to anyone who asked! They are trustworthy and incredible!

  Jill helped me in a very tough time in my life. My husband and I had decided to divorce and Jill kind of took me in as part of her own family. We spoke almost everyday and she answered all of the many questions that I had for her. She helped me to have my soon to be ex-husband buy me out of the house that we shared when we were married and also helped me to find the perfect home for myself and my children. Jill is really great at giving you peace of mind and would never steer you in any direction just to make money off of a sale. I am very in love with my new house and Jill and I even have plans to have drinks once I get my house in order and unpacked!! All in all I cannot say enough positive things about Jill and her husband Mike who were my saving grace at a time when I had no hope. I would recommend her to anyone I know and even some that I don’t know.

  Jill and Mike helped my husband and I purchase our first house. They were absolutely wonderful to work with. They always got back to us right away with any questions or concerns we had and we always heard from them frequently. They made the whole process quick and easy! I would love to work with them again in the future and I would recommend them for sure!

  Jill and Mike were a godsend in the home-buying process. They got me better terms than I hoped for and were very informative. When I get another mortgage down the line I will certainly keep them in mind.

  If you're looking to buy or sell a home, look no further; Mike and Jill are the BEST! I looked at ONE house around Halloween time and by December 1, Mike and Jill had sold my house for more than I expected and had me in my dream home. They are top-notch straight-shooters with a personal approach. They go the extra mile and are on the ball 24/7. I never felt pressured, rushed, or stressed-out, and that doesn't happen often with me. Their knowledge of the market, attention to detail, and experience made buying and selling a stress-free and seamless process. Lines of communication were always open; they kept me informed every step of the way. I found Mike and Jill to be trustworthy and honest. They always listened to what I wanted and delivered every time. I highly recommend them for all your buying and selling needs.
