    We used Julia for what seemed like ages during the pandemic to find our forever house. She was so patient, so kind and so enthusiastic about finding us exactly what we wanted! This was our first house so we knew very little about the process and all of the ins and outs and Julia made it so much more pleasant. She truly cares about finding what you want and doesn't beat around the bush. Would highly recommend her to anyone looking!

    Julia helped me sell my house and I would HIGHLY recommend her services to others. This was my first time selling a house so she gave me all of the tips and advice to get me through it. AND she found the house I bought and moved into.

    Julia will be the only realtor we ever use for as long as she’ll have us! :) We purchased our first home in March of this year and she was with us from start to finish and honestly made the process for us so easy. We would have never bought our dream house if it wasn’t for her and her diligence and expertise!!
