  We love staying at Osborne's Inn when we visit Ocean City every summer. Peggy and her family are welcoming and helpful, from providing beach tags and parking spots to letting you use their outdoor shower after checkout. The price is fair, the location is very convenient and the accommodations are charming and homey.

  A gem in Ocean City. Laid back, yet gracious service in this classic beach inn. The rooms are simple, immaculately clean. It's like staying with extended family.
  Can't ask for a more convenient spot, a block from the beach. There's always a breeze on the front porch, which makes for a great spot to relax any time of day.

  The Osborne family welcomes their guests with warmth, friendliness and great service. The Inn is a special gem steps from the beach and boardwalk. I love to go there and enjoy taking life easy and always find time to relax on the porch. Can't wait to go back!

  Our first stay at the Osborne Inn was a few weeks ago (July 2023) and we were extremely happy. Everything from the minute we parked until we turned in our beach Tags was excellent. Well staffed, very friendly and knowledgeable, CLEAN, extra items always available, very good location, and just an overall feeling of people who care about the guests and want them to have a great experience. the atmosphere is very homey and beachy :-). Highly recommended.

  Ocean City is my favorite beach spot in New Jersey and one place I love staying in is Osborne’s Fairview Inn. Staying at Osborne’s is like “going home”. The owners are the friendliest people you would ever want to meet and they consistently go the extra mile to make sure your stay is exceptional. The inn itself is a throwback to what beach vacations were like years ago; relaxed, cozy, sit out on the big porch at night, you name it, it’s all here. And most importantly, the Osborne’s really make you feel like you’re part of the family. This place is a treasure and I’m glad I found it so many years ago. My deepest thanks to Peggy Ann, Frank and their entire family for making my favorite vacation spot even better.
