  I stayed for 1 night, and after reading the reviews I was doubtful. BUT, I would definitely stay here again for a last minute weekend trip. The room is just enough for 1 or 2 people, the furniture was cute and clean. The bathroom could use some updating but besides that it was clean, and thats all that matters. Everyone who worked the desk was friendly. The only downside would be parking. They give you 1 parking pass, which is great, but the lot fills up fast and there is no where to park, considering it’s downtown and street parking is taken. But overall would recommend for a weekend trip.

  The staff was friendly and helpful! The rooms were clean! The beds were soft! The shower pressure was great! All the things I need in a hotel! Yes, the rooms are a little small. But, you don't go to Ocean City to stay in your room! Walking distance to the beach!

  My experience at Ocean Breeze was wonderful. I loved that there was a code along with a physical key so that you had the option of using both to access your room.
  
  Guest Services communicated with me via text message which was extremely convenient. I was able to pick up my beach badges early and head to the beach while waiting for my room. I requested extra towels and pillows prior to my arrival and they were waiting for me when I checked in.
  
  The only downside was the size of the room. In my case I had been the only one staying there but it is definitely not big enough for 2+ people. It included a double bed, mini fridge, & microwave. I loved that they had the AC on when I arrived so it was very cool.
  
  There were a few ceiling tiles that were stained & looked recently wet & needed to be replaced. The size of the shower was also VERY small. I noticed a few stains on some of the towels that probably needed to be discarded & replaced.
  
  You can’t beat the location from the boardwalk and beach. It’s within a couple blocks so you do not need to worry about moving the car closer.
  
  Overall, I would recommend if you are looking for an affordable hotel in OCNJ that is within walking distance of the beach, boardwalk, & center of town.
