(August 21, 2021, 7:20 pm)Very hospitable family that works here. Our room was immaculate and whenever we needed something, the sweet woman and gentleman downstairs were right there to help. This place is about ten minutes to the boardwalk (walking!). Very safe location, felt comfortable walking around. Very close to grocery stores and gas stations. Would highly recommend staying here!

(February 18, 2021, 3:00 am)Guys, wonderful place to stay in! We lived there last year with my friends. The room was clean and very comfortable, big kitchen and extremly clean barhroom. Mary always ready to help and to give good advice! This year I'm going to stay in Ark also.

(February 17, 2021, 3:18 am)We stayed in Ark and liked this hotel very much. Perfect service, friendly host, all modern conveniences, everything is clean and comfortable rooms. Not far from Boardwalk and ocean. This year we are going to stop in Ark for sure.
