  We had the most amazing time at Luray Manor. Lois was so helpful and very welcoming. Street parking is very full during the summer but there is a parking lot across the street that costs $3 a day to park in. No complaints about that, because it was so convenient! We biked or walked to the beach/boardwalk because it was so close. The room was clean and there was always room to sit out on the beautiful porch! Can’t wait to come back again next year.

  The owner and guests are warm and inviting. Cute, affordable and comfortable. No bells or whistles, but clean and close to the beach. Great place to stay if your goal is to have a comfortable resting place while enjoying the ocean and boardwalk.

  I have been staying here since the 90’s when I was in college. My kids affectionately refer to this place as “Our home away from home”. You will not find a more meticulously clean place to stay, anywhere!! The owners and staff are amazing. If what you are looking for is a very clean place to get a comfortable good night’s rest after enjoying the beach and you don’t mind walking about 4 blocks to the beach and boardwalk, this place is for you! One year we tried staying at a place closer to the beach and my kids asked for us to return to Luray Manor.
  Another bonus of staying here is the availability of hall bathrooms. Even though we usually stay in a room with a bathroom, our whole family is usually able to get washed up from the day at the same time because of the generous amount of extra bathrooms. They also allow you shower in a hall bathroom after checking out for the day. And the best part is, you will be hard- pressed to find a place that is more affordable anywhere, let alone at the beach!

  Old fashioned management, therefore no online booking. Older place run the way things used to be, managed by friendly family ownership. Great prices. Not at all plush, but Clean, quiet, well kept. We've been coming here for decades. Many options for rooms. Shared bath, private bath, rooms for up to 6

  I enjoyed staying here. Nothing fancy but totally comfortable. Very clean ! Old fashion front porch with rocking chairs was my favorite. No TV wasn't a problem for me. It was nice to unplug. Walking distance to the Boardwalk and Downtown which I loved.
