  Great service and price, in the past I have purchased about 16 yards of top soil from them and had it delivered, the driver was very friendly and dropped the loads right where I needed them, I was there last week and pickup up some stone, They have the best prices around and give excellent customer service.   Fantastic service and great quality --> For only $40 I got a yard of garden mix. If I had gone to Lowes or Home Depot that would have been 27 or more bags of compost or whatever I chose and would have cost at least $150 and I'd have added 27-35 heavy duty plastic bags to the landfill.

  Called on a Friday before the Memorial Day weekend, was told next available delivery date would be the following Tuesday (the next business day)- no problem. Received a call the next day (Saturday) that they were trying to get ahead of schedule and ended up delivering that same morning. Ordered 3 yards of 1/2" screened topsoil- super high quality at a very reasonable price. After having used other suppliers in the area and never being impressed, I will definitely be using Hartford Materials for my future needs and recommend them highly.

  They are great here! My vegetable plants and decorative shrubs grow extremely well with their black gold compost mixed in. I also buy quality mulch and stone here often.
