They were one of the only dealers in the tri-state area that had Pro Anglers available. They accepted my offer and worked efficiently to get me back on the way home with my new kayak as soon as possible. Very knowledgeable with outstanding customer service. Highly recommend making a trip in to NE Dive from anywhere! 10/10 small business
