  I would definitely recommend Custom Travel and Michelle to friends and family. Michelle had great suggestions for lodging and fun things to do while on vacation. Thank you for all your organizing and communication to work out all the details. Everything was perfect!

  We had a wonderful trip to Rome, Venice and Athens, a trip of a lifetime! Working with Michele at Custom Travel is the only way that we were able to piece this complicated trip together. We didn't have a lot of time to plan and Michele did all of the really hard work of figuring out the timing in each location and the transportation. We loved the hotels she recommended, they were absolutely first class and all were in amazing locations that put us right in the center of the action. She also made sure that we had amazing tours and that the providers were reputable. I have said that Michele will be in our lives for a long time and helping us with our travel. We could not have done it with our her!

  Although we have used travel agents before, using Michele Olerude from Custom Travel was absolute pleasure. Michele matched our travel desires with Aruba and her knowledge of the island. We were very pleased with the limo service, resort choice, restaurant suggestions, expectations and activates. If you want to have an easy trip Michele does it all from beginning to end without a hitch. We highly recommend her. We will use her with our future travel plans. An absolute pleasure to work with.

  We booked our honeymoon to St. Lucia through Custom Travel and had such a wonderful experience that we reached out to them again while planning a winter getaway to the Caribbean. Kyle was our point-of-contact for this trip; he was incredibly responsive to all of our emails and gave us great recommendations on every stage of our trip, from entry requirements to airport transfers to resort options based on the experience we wanted. It was important that we made the most of our time since we were only in Jamaica for a few days, and working with Custom Travel ensured that our travel days on either end went quickly and smoothly. The resort that Kyle recommend (Excellence Oyster Bay) did not disappoint - whether it was the staff, the room, the restaurants/bars, or the outdoor features, everything was "excellent."   Working with Veronica is always a pleasure. Her and her team at Custom Travel always make sure we have the best experience while on vacation. Veronica recommended the Hyatt in Aruba and the location was perfect- our room and view was beautiful when she booked. She assisted with recommendations for excursions and food options. We primarily used open table for reservations. This first wedding anniversary trip is going to be hard to beat! Thank you custom travel! Looking forward to working together again.
