  Mary Beth is the best of the best! Not only does she have an incredible understanding of the local market, but she is also the most committed and hardworking realtor I know. The dedication she shows to her clients is unmatched. When buying a house, you can expect a hurdle or two - our search was no exception.

  I have decided to downsize to a condo and plan to sell my current home. MaryBeth examined my property, laid out a strategy, gave me a "to do list" of what I need to do to get ready, and regularly sends me news and comparable asking prices in my neighborhood. She is a valuable source of contractors and i am thrilled she will be by my side during this transition. I recommend her highly.

  I asked Mary Beth to help me sell my vacation house in another state. She was very helpful at suggesting work to do in the house to show it’s best features and she researched agents in the area, interviewed them and recommended one. I had an agreement for full price within two days.. Mary Beth knows the business, she knows houses and how to sell them.

  Mary Beth was so knowledgeable. When we were viewing houses, she was very willing to share her knowledge with us. When it came time for the paperwork, she went over it in full detail, ensuring we understood exactly what we were signing. We also were able to relate on a personal level and we really feel like we gained a friend throughout this process. As a mother of a newborn, house hunting had the potential to be incredibly frustrating, but Mary Beth made sure to take on the heavy lifting and left only the fun stuff to us. Thank You, Mary Beth, for an incredible experience! We will definitely use her again when we are ready for our next house.

  Mary Beth was amazing! She was very quick to respond to any questions throughout the entire process of buying our home, a few months ago. Even keeping in touch after the fact. If the time ever comes, I would absolutely be working with her again.
