She was knowledgeable, but just as importantly Dorthea was honest, direct and not afraid to tell us when she thought we were compromising as we looked at many houses in a tough market for buyers. To say that Dorthea was awesome is an understatement. My wife and I previously had our home listed for 45 days with a different agent and firm, but we were unable to sell the property. Dorthea put a plan in place utilized the tools and technology available and we received multiple offers in one day. Not only did we receive multiple offers, we received $10k above listing price. All of this right in the middle of the COVID pandemic. Dorthea was understanding of our concerns and did not pressure us to do anything that we didn't feel comfortable doing. My wife and I really could not say enough good things about Dorthea and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
