  Thomas was absolutely amazing with the sale of our home. We selected Thomas to sell our home based on the fact that he had sold multiple homes in the area within the last 12 months and thought he would be the best. We weren’t wrong. Throughout the entire process Thomas and his team kept us informed along the way, reducing any stress that could possibly come our way. This was not our first time buying a home, but it was our first time selling, and we weren’t sure what to expect, but it was the easiest process we could have hoped for. Thomas worked with other agents to ensure that offers were in when needed. At the end of this experience Thomas was able to sell our home well over listing price and ensure the closing process happened as seamlessly as possible.

  I could not have been more impressed with the professionalism that Thomas displayed while working with us to purchase our new home. He and his team that he worked with were on top of things at all times. This was not the first house we’ve purchased, but this was our first time working with Thomas and we would definitely utilize him again in the future. We were informed at all times about where we were in the process of our purchase and Thomas did a great job at advocating for us when unexpected roadblocks presented themselves to ensure that our stress level was kept as low as possible at all times.   First of all, Tom is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband and I met Tom when going to an open house in 2017. We were looking for a realtor at the time, and told Tom about our wants and needs. We exchanged information and he immediately reached out and got the ball rolling! He answered every question no matter what time it was. He’s super responsive and prompt. Long story short, we bought our first home at a steal! He’s continued to keep in touch with us throughout the years. However, after working with Tom on finding our first home, we already knew he would be our first point of contact when we would be in the market for selling, and sure enough, we did! As our family grew, we felt we needed more space, so we reached back out to Tom to get an idea of what the process would be for selling our home. He again, was prompt with getting back to us and we were able to sell our house quickly! Thanks to Tom, we were able to move forward with the sell of our home in a short period of time so we could move forward with our next home! You’ll have the best time working with Tom and will not regret it. We recommend him to all of our family and friends since we know, by working with Tom, they’ll be well taken care of.

  Thomas was the best realtor I have communicated or worked with. He was super personal in regard to the buyers needs as well as honest about the property. He was not just a realtor that was out there to “make a deal”. He wanted to make sure that the home chosen was one that was a good deal and would make the buyer happy. I looked at numerous houses with Tom and even when I liked some houses, he kept me in check with things I was not necessarily thinking about. After hard work, we found great house and Tom worked through the whole process with me and it was the best home buying experience ever. I recommend him to any of my friends or family looking to buy.   I'm so thankful I got to work with Tom Rafferty as my realtor. I met with him and he talked me through the whole home buying process. He broke down how much everything was going to cost, explained what was negotiable and what wasn't. It was my first time purchasing a home and I wanted to work with someone who was very knowledgeable. I was confident working with Tom. We talked about what I wanted in a home and how soon I'd like to move in. We looked at several homes. He stayed positive and confident that we'd find my home and we did! One year later I'm still just as happy as they day my offer was accepted. I got a home that checked all my boxes within my time frame. I highly recommend Tom as a realitor.
