  "Truly love this space. So warm & welcoming with wonderful teachers!"
  That was my 4 years ago review upon my first few visits. Now this doesn't remotely sum up the wonder that is LAM yoga. This space is a literal sanctuary. From the decor to the energy, the various books and card decks lining the walls. Everything is perfectly suited to facilitate growth and healing. The classes are beautiful, as well as the workshops but most importantly, Jen the mind behind it all is a massive light in this world. There is not enough good to say both personally and professionally about this studio. I am forever grateful to be a piece of this incredible place and to know those who make it what it is.

  Not that Jenn needs a good review…because she is one of the best yoga instructors I’ve encountered! I belong to three different studios, besides my other favorite instructor, her teaching style is amazing & her voice is just so calming. I love that her passes never expire. I haven’t had a chance to practice by the river in the warmer months, but can’t wait to do that. She also runs a “Poses & Pints” at Brewery Legitimus every now & then, those are always fun. I don’t mind driving two towns over to take her classes.

  I love this yoga studio! Jen has done such a wonderful job building a safe, welcoming, respectful, fun, and energizing community here. It's a cozy and bright space inside, plus they do classes and ceremonies outside and in the community on special occasions. There are a variety of classes to choose from and Jen goes above and beyond to add the special touches, provide all the props and alternative postures if you need them. Plus there are recorded classes if you can't get to the studio. This is my favorite yoga studio ever. If you get a chance, definitely go!

  The studio is clean and tranquil.Jen is a wonderful yoga instructor. She made me feel like I was meant to be there. Everyone there is welcoming and kind. I absolutely can’t say enough great things about LAM Yoga.

  For years I had this little voice in my head « You need to try Yoga ». I met Jen through my own business and then decided to schedule a private class with her, everything seemed to finally get connected. I had my very first Yoga session with Jen today and it really moved me physically and emotionally. I can’t even describe how much I am grateful and I can’t believe I missed this all those years. I needed that in my life so badly and I can’t wait to see where this practice will bring my body and mind. Thank you Jen.
