  I have been going to L Studio since it opened. My experience has been nothing short of wonderful from day one. The studio is well equipped, clean and roomy for what needs to be accomplished. The instructors are well trained, friendly and accommodating. My results have been noticeable! If you are looking for a personalized Pilates experience taught by professional instructors, give L studio a try!

  I’ve been a student of Pilates for over 25 years so I’ve trained with many instructors, both privately and at various studios and gyms in NYC , FLA and CT.
  
  I recommend L Studio in the very highest terms. Both Erica and Kristen have extensive knowledge, great body-reading skills and the ability to communicate precisely so I feel like I’m always progressing and improving my practice. The studio also has all the newest state-of-the-art equipment and props so sessions never get routine.
  
  It’s truly a pleasure to train with such a knowledgeable, professional and NICE team.

  Excellent, well trained, very personable Pilates instructors. Tailor the sessions to fit the needs/capabilities of the client. Would highly recommend L Studio to anyone interested in the health of their body.

  I have been a client at L Studio for almost two years, and only wish I had found this gem of a studio sooner! The trainers are all amazing and are dedicated to the classical approach to Pilates.

  Love, love my Pilates 2x a week for almost 2 years. My sessions are always challenging and fun. They have the best equipment and the space is chic. My core is so much stronger and that brings everything together in a better way for my body. Highly recommend!
