  Pain-free after two visits with Saul. The absence of pain, after struggling with it for more than 5 years, is hard to describe. Yesterday I went shopping, and realized that my leg wasn't numb after walking for 10 minutes, my sciatic nerve pain has completely gone. Saul is simply brilliant, and I cannot recommend his practice highly enough. Thank-you.

  Zion is amazing, Josh was pivotal in getting me back up (out of that miserable boot) and literally running after my ankle surgery. He is a super smart excellent provider giving me ways to incorporate strength exercises into my daily routine for maximal results. He is a brilliant PT always sure to stress great form for maximum function and quick to respond to questions or needs.

  Josh is a really smart physical therapist who keeps the homework simple. He hones in on the exercises that are important and necessary for improvement. I like this because when I'm given too much to do I either forget half of it or I just don't do it.
  
  Josh also helped me with mindset as I recovered. I was scared to move and he gave me good advice on how to overcome the fears.
  
  Overall my issues improved much faster than I thought they would. I left with a couple of exercises I can do to maintain my results. I highly recommend Josh!

  Calling all zebras! Zion is THE place for EDS aware physical therapy. They have several office locations around NY, NJ, and CT, and the star of the Westport office is Josh Jordan. He's taught me, in my 50s, how to move & work with my hyper mobile joints and reduced my pain tremendously. He got my chronically ill, bed bound teen out of bed & moving. He kept my other teen moving before & after surgery. And both kids love him. He listens and incorporates exercises that you can easily integrate into your real life. Home visits are also available.
  
  And, so important: the office staff is friendly, responsive, and knowledgeable. They handle insurance submissions for you. It couldn't be easier.
  
  Zion physical therapy was life changing for us, and we couldn't be happier with its services.

  Josh and Zion have always risen to the challenge when either myself or a family member have needed PT services to get us backup to speed. Josh's clinical approach has helped keep me going as an aging competitive athlete, but also been a key factor in helping my teenage son recover from multiple sports related injuries in a timely manner and reducing his down time. Absolute pleasure to deal with!!
