  To call Sherpa merely a “gym” would be a tremendous understatement. Sherpa is a lifestyle, a door to endless possibilities and, above all else, a truly unparalleled community. What Sherpa offers to its clients simply can’t be found anywhere else. The trainers at Sherpa are extremely knowledgeable and professional (even providing me routines during my days off or stretches to cool down after an athletic competition), yet simultaneously down to earth and more than happy to meet clients where they are in their fitness journey. It’s rare that one can grow both as an athlete and a person, but that’s exactly what I’ve found. I couldn’t be more thrilled to train at Sherpa and excited to reach even greater heights in the years ahead.

  I have been working out with the Sherpa team for over a year now and I have noticeably improved my fitness and race results during that time frame. I could always train well on my own (or so I thought), but the Sherpa guys (Jean, Luke and Brett) help to provide a structure focused on my goals and that little bit of extra motivation to push yourself beyond your comfort level to the point where you start to see real improvement. They also establish a good camaraderie during group workouts which makes long workouts that much more interesting and fun. I highly recommend Sherpa Fit.

  I couldn't be more pleased with Sherpa. Everyone at Sherpa is so incredibly professional and ultra accommodating. From establishing goals to helping you figure out what is best for you, they are passionately involved. Brett makes you feel comfortable the first time you walk in and committed to determining the best action plan for you. Cycling director Lucas is amazing with his knowledge of the bike and what works best for you as an individual. His repair service is as top quality, professional & efficient as it can possibly be. As a cyclist, Sherpa is where you want to be.

  I have worked out with Jean and the Sherpa crew for several years. They run a very professional organization but more importantly they deliver results. They make you feel comfortable regardless of your fitness level and work with you in an inspiring environment to help you reach your goals. Their trainers are very knowledgable and patient, which help you get through the tough spots. I started cycling with Sherpa and they have completely upgraded my technique and form to allow me to go way beyond what I had planned. If you are committed to excel in your fitness Sherpa then let be your guide.
