(June 18, 2023, 7:41 pm)I had a flat tire during a long bike route and i was stuck walking since I wasn't carrying my tools. Luckily, I was a few miles from this store so I walked over.
They helped me out instantly. They replaced my rear wheel tube and I was back on my way in no time!

(May 28, 2023, 11:32 pm)They helped find a nice bike for our 9 year daughter. Gave us options & there was no pressure to buy or even look around. Was able to use Affirm at checkout - process took 3-4 minutes max. Smooth, simple, easy. Great place. Will go back. Will recommend to friends and family.

He understood where I was coming from. I went to the bike shop and he informed me more on my bike in which I didn’t know about. I can now use my bike perfectly.

(April 9, 2021, 1:37 pm)Purchased Intense MTB from Smart Cycles . Was yet another great experience! The bike is a trail slayer. My wife and I have been buying bikes and equipment there for many years and recently for our kids as well. Even got the grandparents to get fitted for bikes which is something the guys at the shop are phenomenal at. Support small business and stop in you won’t be disappointed.

This shop knows bikes.
These days it's rare to find a store with this kind of service. No corporate retail BS here.
Through the years they have helped me in so many ways.
From guiding me through the purchase use of my children's bikes, simple tune ups, walking me through DIY repairs, all the way to the recent purchase of a serious mountain bike, the smart cycles team has been amazing.
Can't recommend them enough!
