All the trainers are amazing, building great rapport with all the kids. They really do put them through their paces, providing great workout sessions while ensuring they have great fun! Thank you!!

Coach J made the weekly sessions fun but he also pushed them and as a result, they got stronger, quicker and more agile. Dianne and the team at the front were always so responsive and accommodating. I would definitely recommend and we’ll come back again!

(October 22, 2022, 7:45 am)My daughter Alexa has been taking mini group sessions at Boost and absolutely loves it. The training is intense and focuses on strength, speed, and agility. It has made a big difference in her soccer game. I would highly recommend Boost to anyone who wants to improve their fitness and performance. Maher and Dianne are fantastic.

(June 13, 2022, 10:03 am)Both of my sons trained with Coach J all fall, winter and spring to work on strength and agility. It was an awesome experience for both of them! They always loved going every week and felt so good afterwards. Plus, they are already asking to go back in the fall for a longer session. Boost has been an extremely positive, healthy and fun experience for my boys and I am truly grateful for their level of care and attention to the individual. Thank you for a GREAT year … and see you next!!
