  Jay and his crew are the best ! Prompt and thorough and careful . He is super knowledgeable and friendly and straight talking . We tried 3 other roofers in the area who came by and never even followed up .

  Jay and his crew did an excellent job overall painting our metal house and garage roofs, which required special attention. The house roof was discolored and rusting in areas near the skylights. There had been a reaction between the skylight flashing and galvanized roof which was causing the rust. The roof is also tricky to work on due to the sharp slants and numerous angles. (Photo only shows a portion of it). Jay knew exactly how to handle it all. The end result looks wonderful and is holding up well. All along the process, Jay took the time to explain exactly what was involved. He even let us choose between about 5 different shades of siiver-gray painted sample areas, till we were satisfied. Very pleased with the work and with Jay!

  I am so grateful that a friend recommended this family run business of true roofing craftsmen. Jay and his son Evan are so very knowledgeable -- they were generous with their time and advice going into the project and their price came in lower than all other estimates. What came next was the biggest surprise: they were super fast, super clear and communicative, and their work was stellar. On the two days they replaced the 20 year old high-pitched roof on my house, they had about 10 workers knocking it out while they oversaw the job, and when it was all done, they cleaned up the site perfectly. These guys really know what they're doing. And as a woman who oversees renovations, I have to say that I appreciated their professionalism and felt very comfortable working with them. In fact, I hope to work with them again on a larger project very soon! THANK YOU, JAY, EVAN AND TEAM!

  Kravitz and Son did a magnificent job on our tired, old roofing. It looks absolutely beautiful. Jay was a dream to work with. He never tired of explaining things to me and went out of his way to accommodate our particular situation. The crew was fast, efficient, neat, and cleaned everything up beautifully. I can't recommend them highly enough!

  Excellent experience and high quality! Contacted these guys Dec 4th, got estimate Dec 7th, roof installed Dec 27th. I contacted other roofers and they either didn’t return my calls or failed to show up for estimates. Evan and Jay are very friendly and very communicative. They also use the best materials! My home is in East Jewett and they had no issues coming up the mountain in December to get the job done.
