    I'm hooked! I went for the first free class with a friend and everyone was so friendly, welcoming and supportive. Sarah puts together amazing workouts where you work your whole body, and sweat buckets along the way. I love the variety! I highly recommend Knight Fitness!

    Sarah’s SweatFit class was great. The members were friendly to me as a newcomer.I felt like I got in a great work out, it was scalable in both directions. Coach Sarah was attentive and participated in the work out with everyone.
    The gym and the equipment are well maintained and clean. The shower facility also clean and accommodating.
    Located on the grounds of the Ocean Gate Yacht Basin, it’s a gem of a gym.

    Awesome gym with a beautiful waterfront view!!!! The owner Sarah Knight is great along with her team! She is very dedicated to the success of her clients and she genuinely cares! 5am workouts leave me pumped and ready to take on the day! Try it out you will not regret it!!!
