  The staff is wonderful! It's got that small town vibe, friendly, welcoming and fun. The classes are great and they offer quite a variety. Beach yoga is quickly becoming one of my favorite activities!! I honestly can't say enough good about this place!!

  As a first timer, this was an exhilarating experience with some great people. I met others on the walk that I connected with. At the same time, I enjoyed my own personal peace. The instructors have an awesome spirit that shines. Looking forward to next time

  I booked a private yoga class with this is yoga for my sisters bachelorette with the intention of it being on the beach. The weather did not cooperate and to say that This is Yoga rose to the occasion and made our basement class absolutely amazing would be an understatement. Kate made us the best playlist and her self love mantra really set the tone for our weekend. 10/10 would book again, and will be visiting them in studio next time I need a yoga class.

  This is Yoga was fabulous!!
  We went for a private for my SILS bachelorette to end the weekend and it was awesome. They were super responsive and easy to work with and made the class fun for all levels of yoga
  I would definitely go back

  I moved down in the summer full time and was worried I would not find a good Yoga studio. I found a great yoga Studio. Jennie and Amanda have created a welcoming space that caters to all ages and level of folks. From my first class I knew I had found a space where I could expand my yoga practice and perhaps even make some friends. But even more than Yoga there is always something more brought to the class to enhance the experience. Today it was inspirational cards with sayings we could use as a mantra for class. Moving is always hard but This is Yoga made one thing about moving easy. If you down for the weekend, a weeks vacation or the whole summer find your way to This is Yoga for an amazing experience.
