  The training at Spartan Fitness is second to none. Lee is the most dedicated and informative fitness instructor I've found, and every session with him is amazing. I hope my family and I get to train with him for a long, long time.

  Spartan Strength and Fitness is an amazing workout! Lee and Chris are both awesome teachers who are there for guidance throughout the entire class. I have learned so many new things and improved my prior skills with the help of Spartan. Hands down the best fitness class I’ve ever been to! I highly recommend!!

  This is a GREAT program for Conditioning, Balancing, and, Strengthening your body. Kettlebells, Yoga, Pilates, and more all incorporated in this program. I feel amazing after every workout. Lee and Chris are great trainers. They will help you with the workouts and to achieve the best to your ability.. I highly recommend this!!

  Great workout -Instructors Lee and Chris are amazing. The workout is excellent, you gain strength, agility and endurance. I look forward to the 6am class before work. There are also evening and weekend classes to fit your needs.
