  Had an amazing time doing baby yoga here. The instructor, Kris, is amazing and created a super welcoming environment making it easy to relax and focus on the yoga (even when my baby wasnt interested) perfect balance of workout for mom and play for the little one. I’ll definitely be back!

  Took a hot hour yoga class with Karen, and it was amazing! She gave plenty of moderation for each moves so no matter the level you can enjoy the class. The studio was also nice and very clean. Will definitely be back!

  Have been wanting to do more yoga to keep flexible and avoid balance issues at I get older (now 72). I took a free chair yoga class with Sarah last Friday and I loved it. It was good for beginners like me too. The studio is diagonally across from CVS in Beachwood.

  I haven’t done yoga in a couple years and I thought it was time to get back in the saddle (I’m sharing this so you understand someone who’s rusty can do the “Hot 26” class). I saw they had a hot yoga class on Sunday. I texted the number on their website to see if I could drop in. They were extremely quick to get back to me and more than happy to have me. When I got there Sunday morning, the woman at the front desk was very warm and kind. The studio was extremely clean, the instructor made me feel welcomed and was very motivating, and the others attending the class didn’t make me feel like an outsider even though they were way above my level of experience. I’m so glad went and will definitely be back.

  I was a bit nervous going back to Yoga after many years but Dawn and the Yoga teachers at Center for Health and Healing made me feel welcome. Yoga has given me more lean muscle, strength and balance then I have gotten after years working out in a gym using machines and free weights and it is much more fun! Each class is different and with the help of the great Yoga teachers (Dawn, Jenn, Tova, Jody to name a few) my practice has improved and I am doing poses I never thought I would be able to do when I started. If you are new to Yoga or looking to go back I highly recommend.
