  My experience was great. Nissan needs betters ways to help customer out of pocket cost when having repairs done under warranty. It’s one thing to have to pay the deductible but to have to pay for things that was unexpected after Nissan and the warranty discussed is not right.

  I had my NYS inspection done, and Joseph found I needed a new battery. They installed a new battery for me , and I was on my way. They also washed my car for me, which was very nice. I also want to compliment George. He is such a kind, warm, welcoming presence when I enter Nissan. He is such a pleasure to be around! George and all the service managers are the reason I always return to Nissan for all my service needs. Everyone is knowledgeable, helpful, warm and pleasant! It is always a positive experience!

  I had the best experience here. Unexpectedly we were in the need of a car and fast. I was there right at opening and I was greeted with a huge smile and sat down right away by Matt. He is the most helpful and friendly guy! He instantly got me into a car and test driving. He was honest , funny and made this experience one of the best car buying experiences I ever had. I will always recommend this place to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you to Matt for being such a great employee and making this stressful situation such a great experience.

  Scott is simply amazing. 3rd Kia purchased from him and I am more than satisfied. He's super friendly and nice! Very knowledgeable and knows what he's doing. He's made all my purchases very easy and painless from start to finish. To top it off, offered great pricing during these times. Thank you Scott!

  I had the greatest experience at Nissan Kia of Middletown. Every staff member that works there are very professional. It felt like home and they all made sure I felt comfortable.
  
  If you are planning to buy a new or used car, I urgently recommend Scott. He is an awesome salesman who will help you find your dream car right away. I had the greatest experience with him, especially since it was my first time purchasing a car. He’s an A+ and I truly appreciate his help. I cannot wait to go back there to purchase another car.
