  Johnston Subaru is a large, modern dealership with a lot of stock to choose from, however I chose to order a specific car that isn't as easy to come by (at any Subaru dealership within two hours of me). The process was easy and took about four months from order to receipt of the vehicle. Our salesperson, Blake, was very knowledgeable about the brand and even about all of the models which was very important to me. His knowledge made the process even faster since I was able to quickly narrow down my choice based on what he shared with us. And more importantly he listened to what I wanted and didn't try to push another vehicle on me based on their stock or bottom line. I would highly recommend Johnston Subaru to anyone.

  I walked in and was warmly welcomed in by Jen Ropiecki. She immediately went to grab the keys and pulled up the vehicle I found online that I was interested in. I don't enough kind things to say about her as she was just so sweet and pleasant to work with. She made me feel comfortable and wasn't pushy about anything. I also had such a great experience Karen Desmond in the finance department. They were both so patient with me and were able to answer all my questions, no matter how big or little they were.
  
  My fiancé ended up finding a new vehicle for herself while browsing their online inventory for me and we both ended up leaving the lot with cars we love. Paperwork for both cars took less than an hour! I can't thank either one of them enough for everything, honestly. I'm so happy to be a part of the Subaru family :)

  Alfredo in sales and Michelle in finance made the process of purchasing my car smooth and seamless from beginning to end. Alfredo, our sales professional was just that, professional, knowledgeable and kind. We drove from out of state for our first visit and Michelle in finance had all of our paperwork ready for signing upon our arrival when we picked up our 2023 Forester.   Had a wonderful time dealing with Blake the salesperson, and Karen their finance manager. They made the process of picking out and picking up my lease of a 2023 Legacy so easy. Blake was super informative about the car and Karen explained the whole financial aspect of the process so a simpleton like me could understand what was happening. Answered every question to the best that they could and stayed in constant contact throughout the whole time! 10/10 would recommend anyone to come here and get a new/ pre owned vehicle from here!

  The personnel at Johnstons Subaru were really courteous and helpful when I purchased my new Subaru Forester. Jen Ropiecki, my sales consultant, took the time to discuss the three Subaru models she believed would best suit my needs. Michelle H. in their financial department was quite kind and knowledgeable; she explained everything and ensured that I knew what I was getting. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership. Buying my Forester was an incredible experience.
