  Had my Acura serviced on Thursday. Phil got my car in on time. The service people checked everything out and found service needed within 2000 miles it would take about an extra 45 minutes and I could get it done while I waited. Got the service done my car can go another 50000 miles & I won’t have to concern myself with a/c or any other fluids for the entire summer. Get service great dealer ship too. Purchase a car. They are great. Thank you guys for a job well done as always

  Everyone was very nice, personable and thorough. I liked that they weren't pushy trying to sell me a car. They were very professional, prompt to reply to my questions. It was a very easy process. I couldn't be happier with my purchase and would definitely refer them ot go there again if I had to. Thumbs up all the way.

  I bring my Honda here for servicing since this dealership is much more convenient for me than the Friendly dealership in Poughkeepsie.
  Service appointments are always easy to make. Staff have always been helpful and friendly. Naomi makes sure to communicate with me throughout the process and is always very positive!
  Oh, and I wait for my car, so the waiting room is important! Theirs is super comfortable. Good coffee choices and snacks!

  Was looking for a second family vehicle and this dealership did not disappoint. My salesman DJ was extremely delightful to work with. He listened to my likes, wants and needs, while remaining mindful of my budget concerns. DJ understood what I really wanted and remained in constant communication about the vehicle that was the right fit. Branch manager Brad was also nice to work with, as he went out of his way to ensure a deal we were both happy with. He even came out to greet me at the lot to personally explain extra details. The deal could not be finalized without Ray, who assisted me with the financial transaction and put me at ease with my final decisions. Thank you Friendly Acura of Middletown for making this a pleasant experience.
