Kim is an absolute pleasure to work with; her knowledge, professionalism and courtesy are always on the forefront while attending to customer needs, and quickly provides the specific service and information required, whether it be claim processing or additional policy requirements. Kim gets to know her customers as individuals, and as such, and is able to anticipate needs and potential impacts.

She even provided an incredibly competitive quote by informing me right away of what discounts I was eligible for and what I needed to do to keep the discounts per month. I was paying $2600/yr with Progressive before (and approx $1700/year with AAA for most of my driving years), but she helped me shave it down to approx. $1300/yr for auto insurance, which is INSANE. I wish I had switched car insurances years ago!!!! Thank you so much!!!
