He’s always been super attentive to whatever inquiries I may have, from providing immediate to informative answers. It truly has been a pleasure working with someone so knowledgeable and detail oriented. I noticed he actually provides individual attention to his clients from the very beginning which reassured me that I had made the right choice to switch.

He always explains things I may have a question about and makes insurance easier for me to understand. He also helped me pick the best coverages while also saving me money. He explained the policy thoroughly. I didn’t have to do anything but sign and felt confident doing so because he gave me so much information. Anytime I’ve called him he has answered and assisted me with anything I needed done with my policy. I would definitely recommend this company because of my great experience with Marc Charles.
