  Things weren’t smooth at the very beginning of my vehicle service. I had a hard time communicating and working through the process. But then after a couple of tough conversations the service manager Mike Fitzgerald stepped in and turned the whole experience around. He reached out personally multiple times to address concerns and put in his best efforts to make things right and follow-up throughout and #getthejobdone. Mike exemplifies professionalism, kindness, honest and true customer service. It was great working with him and i will be returning to Hoffman Lexus for my future service appointments

  I bought my brand new Lexus a couple years ago from Thomas Ryan. He's so good at what he does and I didn't feel any pressure during the whole buying process. Tom made sure I was happy with my purchase and I was even more thrilled that he personally delivered the vehicle from East Hartford to New London (with a full tank) because of my work schedule! I appreciate it, thank you a ton!

  Things weren’t as smooth as we anticipated in the very beginning of our vehicle being serviced. We experienced communication issues and service delays. He reached out personally to address concerns and offered his best efforts to make things right and have us leave satisfied. He exemplifies professionalism, kindness & true customer service. He even went above and beyond to deliver our vehicle personally to my place of work. We will be returning to Hoffman Lexus for our future service needs. 👍🏼 vehicle was spotless!

  At 18 years old, I was so nervous going into the dealership but Gary T took me right under his wing ! He helped me find something right in my budget and was so kind about everything. He explained everything thoroughly for me and made me feel like family. 10/10 would recommend !
