  I always have great experience at hoffman. this time, Isabela was my advisor and she was great. she gave me a loaner when my car was taking too long and then was updating me constantly about my car's status. super helpful!

  Sarah Gagnon at East Hartford Hoffman Lexus was amazing! She made clear and valid decisions about what would be best for my vehicle. She notified me before any actions were taken and to make sure I agreed to her diagnosis. Her customer service was top tier and she made me feel very comfortable. I would recommend her to everyone visiting the dealership as she took great care of all my concerns.

  This was my first experience having my car serviced and the staff at Lexus was great. They were very thorough and answered all my questions. White glove service at its finest.

  Matthew was great as always. Took care of my car and fast service. Thanks for the 2023 SUV loaner with only 9 miles. Wow. That's a first ! However, still love my 2013 Lexus ES350. Ha.

  I have been going to Hoffman for years as I really trust them. My service manager, Dan , is great—& when this time my car took 2 days to complete the service, not only did he provide me with a loaner but sent someone the next day to deliver my car to me and pick up the loaner. The young man who drove my car back was so friendly and professional. Great service!
