Tyler was very courteous and made certain there would be no concerns regarding the service. Car was ready when promised, and receiving it washed and vacuumed was a nice touch.

(August 14, 2023, 7:18 pm)Brought my car to the dealer to have an oil change and check on a recall re: brake lines. I told them I would wait for it. Their lounge is very comfortable with newspapers, magazines, TV, WiFi and complimentary coffee, tea or water. One hour and 45minutes later, Tyler ushered me into an office and everything that was done to my car was explained to me with their recommendations for replacing tires brakes, brakes etc at a future date. They also provided me with cost estimates for these future repairs/changes.
Tyler was polite, considerate of me and my time and very helpful. I would recommend Hoffman Lincoln again for their service. They were a pleasure to work with! -

(June 14, 2023, 7:41 pm)Ii bought my Edge from Ford on 2008. I had used the dealership to do minor repairs before. This time I took it to get my engine check. The car was checked and David call me with the bad news. My engine was gone. I decided not to fix it. David was very nice through the whole process. I will continue to take my cars to Hoffman Ford. I can’t complain about the customer service. Very nice and professional.
