The service department is welcoming and makes the whole customer experience at New Country a positive one! I live 1.5 hours from New Country Mini and yet, I never mind the drive as I always leave a happy customer.

(May 17, 2023, 6:22 pm)New Country Mini is the best! There service department is top-notch. The staff are all excellent at communicating (Austin was amazing!!) - really felt I was in good hands. My mini was severely damaged by a bad tow. They were able to find and correct all the issues plus find a separate issue that was covered under warranty. Highly recommend.
