  Had to buy a front fender for my Maserati Ghibli. 1 of 100 made. Neman Marcus design. Very helpful service department. Worth driving an hour and a half.

  Spent a lot of time looking for a second hand Maserati and finally found one at Valenti Maserati in Hartford. It was sold before i could come and see it but the staff was fantastic in notifying me that it was no longer available and let me know when another one came in and was available. Ended up buying from them two weeks later , staff was great Wendy went above and beyond in helping me and even the finance guy Steve was quick and professional ,, would definitely buy again from them , highly recommend AAAA All the way ..

  Just bought my 4th Maserati from Geno Douthit. He is knowledgeable, patient, has great follow up and an all around great person. Major reason for my loyalty to Valenti is not only Geno but such great service I receive from Bob Bowman the service manager. He is pleasant, experienced and trusting. Bob goes out of his way for me . Can’t wait to buy my next one from you guys.

  Unexpectedly pleased. Thats how I would sum up my experience and purchase with Valenti Maserati. My first Maserati and sales consultant Wendy Pizzoferrato could not have helped me more. I had some specific model options and a price point. Wendy found one that was not even on the lot yet. When it arrived it was exactly what I was looking for. Add new tires, brakes and a bargain I could not pass up. I was introduced to the service staff. Advisor Johanna and service manager Bob. I was trully surpised how quiet and professional the shop was. After the sale I had a concern and I wanted service to look at it. Wendy along with service staff coordinated a day with me and I dropped it off. They also filled my request for a loaner as they addressed my concern. The service experience was one also unexpected and had constant contact with me even a day after my service. Wendy continues to also check in. I am not sure what else one could expect from a dealer.

  The team at Valenti Maserati, especial Geno Douthit, did the near impossible getting me my MC20. They came through with the car even though there was VERY limited allocations and kept their word to not charge anything above sticker. The answered all of my questions, perfectly prepped the car and gave me extra Maserati accessories and swag to complete my perfect experience.
